The Review Timeline
Every track goes through our manual queue. It usually takes **3 to 7 days** to evaluate your submission. Due to the high volume of entries, we only contact artists whose songs are selected for the active broadcast roster.

AI Commercial Licensing
The track must utilize generative models (Suno, Udio, Stable Audio, etc.) as an integrated part of its workflow. You guarantee that your track was generated using a **paid/commercial tier** of the AI platform (e.g., Suno Pro/Premier, Udio Pro), ensuring you hold full legal distribution rights for public and commercial broadcast.
Distribution & Promotional Rights
You grant Overlooked FM a **royalty-free, non-exclusive license** to broadcast your track on our online radio stream, add it to our official curated playlists (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), include it in YouTube live streams, and feature it in curated audio/video showcases.
Input Originality & Sampling
You guarantee that all text prompts, custom lyrics fed into the AI, and any uploaded audio references (audio conditioning/input files) are either your own original work or belong to the public domain. Submissions containing copyrighted third-party lyrics, unauthorized real-world artist voice clones, or direct sampling of protected commercial audio are strictly forbidden.
Right to Opt-Out & Track Removal
You retain full control over your work. If you ever change your mind, you can opt-out at any time. Simply send a direct email notification to the station's official address requesting a takedown. We guarantee that your track(s) will be completely removed from our radio stream, native playlists, and future digital distributions within a maximum of **10 days**.
Liability Waiver & Editorial Freedom
You agree **not to issue copyright claims or takedown strikes** against Overlooked FM for featuring your music within our approved formats. In return, we commit to giving you clear attribution and links back to your profiles. Furthermore, you agree to hold Overlooked FM harmless in the event of third-party disputes. The station reserves full editorial discretion to select, skip, or permanently remove any track from the lineup at any time without prior notice or required justification.
