Overlooked FM is an online radio station built to promote independent artists making their own music with modern tools — AI, hybrid production, or anything in between. Whatever platform you use, whatever instruments you touch or don't touch, however you choose to blend those two worlds: your music belongs here.

We believe every artist deserves honest support and real promotion, especially in a digital landscape so crowded that originality gets lost in the noise. Technology is just a modern brush — what actually matters is the emotion, the message, the story you're telling through your track. We built this space because we know how much it matters when your work doesn't go unnoticed. Every voice deserves to be heard, without gatekeepers and without prejudice.

We're not here to convince you that AI music "is valid."

It already is. That debate is over, whether the industry wants to admit it or not. The question was never if AI-made music could exist — it's where it gets to be heard without being treated like a joke, a lab experiment, or something that needs a disclaimer before you press play.

The rest of the industry is pretending not to notice. Traditional gatekeeping — A&Rs, playlists curated by no one in particular, approvals that never come — died a long time ago, but nobody wants to sign the death certificate. In its place, we got algorithms that recycle the same 200 artists on repeat, because listening to what's actually happening is more expensive than not bothering.

Overlooked FM is neither a gatekeeper nor a lazy algorithm. It's a scene.

To be clear about what that means: we play AI-generated music, and we play hybrids — human musicianship woven into AI production, or the other way around. What we don't play is anyone signed to a label, major or independent. Not because signed artists don't deserve airtime, but because they already have machinery built to get it. This station exists for the ones who don't.

Upload your track, we listen, it goes into rotation. Free. No hidden fees, no "paid submission" dressed up as opportunity, no need to apologize for how you made your music. If it sounds good, it sounds good — whether it came out of a $50,000 studio or a well-written prompt at 3am.

We're not building this to prove a point. We're building it because, at some point, someone had to.
